Programs

We are developing a portfolio of clinical-stage drug candidates aimed at large market opportunities in schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease psychosis, sleep maintenance insomnia, neuropathic pain, and other central nervous system disorders. Our four clinical programs, for which we have retained worldwide commercialization rights, are pimavanserin for treatment of Parkinson's disease psychosis, pimavanserin as a co-therapy for schizophrenia, pimavanserin for treatment of sleep maintenance insomnia, and ACP-104 for treatment of schizophrenia. We also have a neuropathic pain program in Phase II clinical trials and a glaucoma program in exploratory clinical trials each in collaboration with Allergan. In addition, we have two programs in IND-track development and preclinical programs in the area of neuropsychiatry, sleep, obesity, and other indications.
