Workplace location for all positions will be located at our newly
built laboratory facilities at Medeon Science Park in Malmo, Sweden.
Patent Agent

Successful candidate will develop and maintain company patent applications,
trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, licensing and research agreements,
publications, and intellectual property aspects of contracts and agreements.
Will determine the patentability of inventions developed internally. Will
manage outside patent counsel. Will lead preparation and filing of patent
applications and trademark registrations, prosecution of pending
applications and registrations, and policing of possible infringement.
Will support overall strategic coordination of ACADIA's patent estate. Must
have a JD from an accredited law school with at least 5 years of experience
as a patent attorney, agent or examiner. Ph.D. in a core scientific
discipline is preferred.
